What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor, you’ll lead your area and ensure the shift runs smoothly:
Motivate and guide your team to hit production and quality targetsCoach staff, support training and handle return‑to‑work conversationsUse OEE data and structured problem solving to improve performanceChampion Lean, 5S, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance, quality documentation, and corrective actionsSupport wider projects and help on the line when neededThis is a great role if you love leading by example and being close to the action.
