Job Duties:
Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homesAssist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparationAdminister medication as prescribed by healthcare professionalsMonitor and report changes in the client’s health or behaviourEnsure a safe and clean environment for the clientProvide companionship and emotional support
Required Qualifications:
Valid DBS certificatePrevious experience in care or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience in a care role
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of health and safety regulationsAbility to follow care plans and instructions accuratelyEmpathy and compassion towards clientsBasic xwwtmva medical knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
NVQ in Health and Social CareFirst Aid certification
Working Conditions:
