Finance Officer
A well-established, mission-led organisation in the heart of Leicester is looking for a numerate, detail-driven Finance Officer to join its close-knit finance team. What you’ll be doing
- Managing purchase and sales ledgers, including invoice processing, recharges and query resolution
- Overseeing bank reconciliations and month-end reporting
- Administering trust funds and charitable accounts, including liaison with external financial institutions
- Supporting payroll-related processes and HMRC gift aid claims
- Acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Solid bookkeeping and reconciliation experience gained within a broader finance function
- Strong double-entry accounting knowledge
- Confident Excel and wider MS Office skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the organisational ability to juggle varied responsibilities
