Triangle Recruitment, working in Partnership with Ibstock PLC, are looking to recruit Production Operatives, due to an increase in Production Volumes and clean the Factory after the Production runs. The role will also ensure all Machines, Equipment and the Factory Floor are kept in a clean state following the all Production has ceased. Working as part of a small team, full training is given.
This is a Hands-on role, working in part of a team. Hours of work are 18:00pm 06:00pm 5 Days On/5 Days Off/5 Days On/5 Days Off/4 Days On/4 Days Off
Temp to Perm option for the right candidates
Key responsibilities:
Pack finished products
Quality Control
Ability to take ownership of the role
Hands on Cleaning of machinery and plant
Ability to rotor and prioritise your own workload
Greasing and oiling of production plant
Adhering to health &safety, quality and environmental systems
Assist with production when required
Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S’s housekeeping and environmental management
Assist in the development of SSOP’s and Risk Assessments
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent timekeeping, attendance and flexibility
Self-motivated
Numerate & Literate.
Team working attitude.
Ability to also work alone.
Excellent communication skills.
High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
Ability to work as part of a team or on your own.
Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing and mobile plant. xwwtmva
Willingness to undergo further training and development.
Previous labour intensive role
Cleaning of all Equipment and factory floors
Starting salary is £12.71 with a weekly Shift Allowance and a weekly bonus
