Were working with an established and growing water treatment business looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of customers across London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the water treatment industry, enjoys building long-term customer relationships and wants genuine ownership of their territory and accounts.
The Role
As Water Treatment Account Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of commercial customers across London and the South East, ensuring excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Youll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and account value
- Retaining key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Working closely with operational and technical teams to deliver excellent service
- Preparing quotations, proposals and commercial presentations
- Conducting regular customer meetings and site visits
- Identifying additional water treatment and water hygiene requirements
- Developing new opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Managing your own territory and sales pipeline
- Working towards agreed revenue and margin targets
About You
