Lead Personal Injury Litigator & Department Director

Din Solicitors in Leeds is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor to lead and develop our Litigation and Personal Injury Department. You will supervise fee earners and support staff, and drive strategies to maximise costs recovery.

The role requires a confident litigator with strong knowledge of CPR, the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal, and experience handling matters from instruction to trial. A proven track record in business development and leadership will be highly valued.
