Senior Change Management Consultant

6 month contract – 32 hours a week over 4 or 5 days. Potential to be 40 hours. Workday (preferred), change management in Tier 1 enterprise applications, HCM/ business transformation programmes, stakeholder management, strategic advice. Join a collaborative, people-focused team supporting large-scale enterprise technology transformations across EMEA.

The Role

• Stakeholder identification and change impact analysis
• Change, communications and training planning
• Readiness and adoption assessments
• Development of communications and training materials
• Change planning, tracking and delivery
• Advising customers on the people impact of technology and process changes

About You

• 5+ years’ experience with Tier 1 enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in change management on large HCM or business transformation programmes
• 5+ years’ consulting experience, either in-house, consultancy, software or customer-side
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Comfortable combining strategic advice with hands‑on delivery
• Experience supporting organisations through technology and process change
• Workday experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• English required; German and/or French advantageous
