Strategic Chief of Staff | Scale AI-Native Data Platform

Scope is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on building and scaling the company. You’ll improve how teams operate, help hire and develop top talent, and own projects across strategy and operations.

You’ll have substantial autonomy, identify problems, challenge decisions, and drive work to completion. Expect periods of high intensity and travel as needed to support major deals and initiatives.
