Senior Site Manager: Lead Industrial & Office Build Project

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead an £8m new build industrial and office development in Basingstoke, with a follow-on project in Newbury. You will drive site activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure delivery on time and to budget.

The role requires a track record with Tier 1/2 contractors, strong leadership, health and safety focus, and ability to work across design development and construction packages from ground up.
