Senior Site Manager – Retrofit & Refurbishments Lead

Fortem Solutions seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead retrofit and capital works refurbishment projects in the Stoke and Chester areas on Sanctuary Housing contracts. This permanent role runs Monday to Friday with a focus on delivering safe, on-time site operations.

You will manage direct and sub-contracted construction staff, ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies, and uphold quality across EWI, cladding, roofing, and window works.
