Store Leader: Growth, Brand & Customer Experience

TALA is expanding its footprint beyond London to Edinburgh, and we’re seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead the Edinburgh St James’ store. You will drive commercial performance, coach a high-performing team, and uphold the brand’s customer-centric standards across a dynamic retail environment.

In this role you’ll own merchandising execution, floor trading, and stock integrity while building genuine community in the local market and representing TALA’s values in every customer interaction.
