Are you an experienced employment tax specialist seeking to tackle high-profile, strategic advisory projects within a dedicated Financial Services team in London?

As a Employment Tax Senior Financial Services you will:

• Deliver complex technical employment tax advisory projects for prestigious financial services clients, addressing key issues such as IR35, PAYE, National Minimum Wage, and CCO.




• Balance compliance oversight with strategic, solution-focused advisory work to solve complex client business challenges.




• Support business growth initiatives by proactively managing key client relationships and identifying expanding service opportunities.




• Actively mentor, coach, and support junior team members to assist with their professional development.

As the successful candidate you will:

• Hold a professional qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA, CA, ACCA, or a Law qualification.




• Possess relevant employment tax experience gained within consultancy, a law firm, or a large global corporate environment.




• Demonstrate deep technical understanding across core UK employment tax areas, including P11Ds, PSAs, RTI, payroll audits, CIS, termination payments, and HMRC disclosures.




• Exhibit strong project management skills with proven resilience and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
