Strategic Talent & Leadership Development Partner

Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking a Talent Development Partner to design, implement, and oversee talent and development initiatives across the organisation. You will lead leadership development programmes, ensure compliance with mandatory training, and partner with managers to align workforce and succession strategies.

Strong HR background with CIPD qualification (chartered status or equivalent) and experience in learning and development is essential.
