Senior Bid Manager – Strategic Proposals & Growth

Farrans Construction is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process for major civil engineering projects in the UK. You will work with a dedicated Pre-Contract team to craft compliant, compelling proposals and maximise win potential.

The role involves developing winning bid strategies, coordinating bid submissions, and guiding the team through Go/No Go decisions, kick-off meetings, and post-submission reviews. APMP/Shipley familiarity is highly valued.
