Senior Project Manager – London – Cut & Carve

Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.
Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager:
- Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the £35M commercial cut & carve project from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Lead and manage the project team, providing clear direction across programme, commercial, design, quality and delivery.
- Develop and manage the overall project programme, ensuring key milestones and critical path activities are achieved.
- Coordinate and manage consultants, subcontractors and specialist packages, ensuring effective design and construction integration.
- Work closely with the commercial team to monitor project financial performance, procurement, valuations, variations, costs and commercial risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants and key stakeholders, acting as a senior point of contact throughout the project.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, resolving issues and driving solutions to maintain programme and delivery objectives.
- Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and compliance are maintained across the project.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular progress reporting and ensure clear communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive the project through to successful completion, commissioning, snagging and final handover.
