Customer Success Manager – Remote Growth & Renewals

Centellic is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Lexology PRO based in London. You will manage onboarding, success plans and engagement for an allocated portfolio, building strong relationships with users and key stakeholders to maximise value and retention.

You will monitor health metrics, drive adoption, and deliver reviews and training while collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support and Retention to ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience.
