Senior Corporate Services Lead — Fixed-Term Contract

A Senior Corporate Services Executive is sought to join the Corporate Services team on a fixed-term contract. You will administer a portfolio of corporate structures and ensure registers, records and filings are accurate and up to date.

You will organise meetings, draft agendas and minutes, liaise with tax advisers, accountancy and legal advisers, respond to queries, review due diligence for AML/CTF compliance, and support the wider team with ad hoc projects.
