IAM Service Lead — Hybrid Identity & Access Leadership

83zero is seeking an IAM Service Lead to own the IAM service within a complex hybrid IAM environment in the UK, with Manchester or Inverness onsite.

The role focuses on service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement across IAM technologies such as IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI. You’ll guide transition, manage KPI/SLA, and drive improvements while ensuring security readiness.
