Requirements

• Experience supporting data centre environments and server hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose faults, replace components and cables, and follow remote instructions
• Highly responsive, independent, with strong customer service skills
• Meet strict SLA response and on-site arrival times

Preferred

• NVIDIA server or GPU infrastructure exposure
• Media tape handling
• SLA-driven field engineering background
