Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Educated to Secondary Level with 5 GCSE’s at grades A*-C, with 2 of these being GSCE English and Mathematics.
- Willingness to undertake additional training.
- Computer Literate.
- NVQ 3 (or equivalent experience)
Desirable criteria
- Highly developed knowledge of the e-RS system.
Experience/ Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Good level of understanding of the Government’s access targets for 18 weeks RTT.
- Organisation skills and ability to prioritise work under pressure.
- Working to tight deadlines.
- Experience of data collection and cleansing.
Desirable criteria
- Experience of Allscripts and FDP.
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting.
Skills
Essential criteria
- High Level of IT skills, with the ability to use all Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel, outlook and Word.
- Ability to manage and interpret data correctly to inform decision making.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable criteria
- Shown willingness to plan and adapt to change.
