Finance Controller: Payroll, Tax & Compliance

Empathy’s Finance team is seeking a skilled finance professional to lead US payroll operations, oversee global payroll considerations with our EOR/PEO partners, and drive cross-functional financial initiatives across the company.

You will own the monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and the preparation of internal reports, with collaboration across Revenue, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure data-driven decisions.
