9-Month Care Team Leader: Lead & Develop a Support Team

Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader to join Acacia Residential Service in Peterborough. This full-time role supports the Registered Manager with day-to-day leadership and the delivery of person-centred care to residents.

Requires experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker, with an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Lifeways offers progression, funded qualifications, DBS via us, and a rewards program.
