PCN Clinical Pharmacist — Impactful Primary Care Role

South And East Leeds General Practice Group is recruiting an additional clinical pharmacist to join the LS25/26 PCN pharmacy team. The PCN currently comprises a lead pharmacist, a senior pharmacist, five clinical pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians, all supported by two Clinical Directors.
