Neonatal Deputy Sister: Lead Care & Family-Centered NICU

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a QIS Band 6 Deputy Sister/Deputy Charge Nurse to join the Neonatal Unit. The post requires a Neonatal QIS qualification and leadership responsibilities within a Level 2 Local Neonatal Unit.

You will lead clinical care for sick neonates and families, support staff development, and contribute to day-to-day management while delivering high standards of patient care within the Trust.
