Aerospace QA Engineer – Drive Quality & Compliance

Eaton’s Aerospace in Hampshire seeks a Quality & Compliance professional to manage monthly quality reviews, compile KPIs for management, and drive CAPA/8D processes across the business. You will maintain documentation, deliver training materials, promote a culture of quality, and support regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities include audits, maintaining AS EN 9100 and UK CAA Part 21 & 145, and contributing to the evolving business system while liaising with external stakeholders.
