Overnight Field Service Team Lead – Installations

Focal Systems is expanding its Field Service team across the UK, seeking a Field Service Team Lead to oversee installations for customers in Glasgow and Scotland West. The role involves overnight work, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring installations are completed to plan and quality standards.

You will manage on-site activities, coordinate resources, and maintain safety while meeting KPI targets and SLAs for timely deployment of our computer-vision hardware system.
