Manufacturing CI Engineer: Process Improvement Leader

KAEFER UK & Ireland in Jarrow is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and related processes. This permanent role focuses on monitoring performance, leading cross‑functional teams, and delivering quality, reliability and efficiency gains.

You will work with the General Manager and other leaders, produce weekly performance reports, and guide digital transformation initiatives while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
