Care‑Experienced Safeguarding Officer for Learners

North Kent College is seeking a compassionate Care-Experienced Safeguarding Officer to champion looked-after learners and care leavers, ensuring their voices are heard and supported to thrive. The role covers Hadlow and Tonbridge campuses and involves managing a caseload and liaising with social workers and Virtual Schools.

You will hold a Level 3 safeguarding qualification, with strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and DfE guidance.
