Senior Compliance Manager

3 month contract (possible extension to 6 months)

We are currently recruiting to a Senior Compliance Manager for a public sector client of ours on an interim 3 month contract. The right candidate will have a good understanding of compliance and building safety legislation, as well as Awaab’s Law.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Awaab’s Law Phase 2 understanding
• HHSRS knowledge
• Experience of managing the Big 6
• Social Housing experience

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Electric, Gas, Asbestos, Water, Lifts and M&E workstreams
• Liaising with Fire and Building Safety teams
