Safeguarding & Behaviour Officer – Impactful Pastoral Support

Sir Bernard Lovell Academy is seeking a values-driven Safeguarding and Behaviour Officer to provide compassionate pastoral support balanced with a firm and fair approach to maintaining high standards of behaviour. The appointed candidate will join the Safeguarding Team as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, and will be an integral member of the Behaviour Team.

The role focuses on helping students overcome barriers to learning.
