Senior Additional Learning Support & Inclusion Manager

Aston Education Ltd. is recruiting an Additional Learning Support (ALS) Manager for a Sixth Form College near Victoria station in central London.

The role leads on SEN/ALS provision and helps shape an inclusive learning environment for 16-19 learners and Apprenticeships. You will coordinate with external agencies, parents and carers, manage EHCPs and annual reviews, and guide Learning Support Assistants and apprentices through assessment, guidance and workplace adaptations.
