We’re currently working with a large national law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Solicitor to join its established conveyancing team in Harrow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a well-resourced national practice offering a great benefits package, career development opportunities and the flexibility of hybrid working following probation.

The role
You will handle residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, managing your own caseload and working closely with clients and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential sales and purchases
- Handling remortgage and equity release transactions
- Reviewing and checking freehold and leasehold titles
- Dealing with transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
- Providing support, guidance and training to conveyancing assistants
