Online Delivery Operations Manager

Sainsbury’s in Dartford is seeking an Online Store Manager to lead the delivery of our online picking and delivery service. You will be visible on the shop floor, coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to ensure a seamless and safe shopping experience for all customers, both online and in-store.

The role requires strong line management, a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to drive KPIs across the store operations.
