Retail Replenishment Lead — Stock & Shelves Champion

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Hindpool Road, Barrow-in-Furness store. This permanent, full-time role leads stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers.

You will manage a frontline team, organise workloads, and respond quickly to stock level changes, keeping the store efficient, well-organised and customer-friendly. Evening/weekend flexibility is required as part of a busy retail environment.
