Shift Leader — Fast-Casual Dining Team Supervisor

Subway in Chelmsford is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety, manage product prep, and maintain cleanliness standards. You will schedule and supervise staff, uphold the restaurant’s safety and security, and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a key member of the team, you will lead a 4–20 person crew, oversee inventory, handle deliveries, training, opening/closing, and respond to customer concerns with professionalism.
