Project Surveyor – Social Housing Refurbishments

Wates Group is recruiting for a Project Surveyor to oversee commercial delivery on a major social housing refurbishment and planned works program in Northampton. You will manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and final accounts, and support cost control and commercial reporting across the project.

You will work with operational teams and clients to ensure robust commercial controls, strong stakeholder relationships and effective contract administration within a growing commercial team.
