Village Hotels in Maidstone is seeking a Sous Chef and Kitchen Team Leader to bridge the Head Chef’s vision with the realities of a busy service. You will own your section and support the brigade, ensuring each plate meets our exact standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.

You will lead on the kitchen floor, maintain food safety standards, coach junior staff, manage stock and costs, and help push the brand forward.
