Matchtech is seeking a Business Development Manager to secure major construction projects across London and the South East. You will focus on work-winning, generating opportunities, and building relationships with developer stakeholders to shape bid strategy for large-scale schemes.

Ideal candidates will have proven BD experience in UK construction, a background with a main contractor, and a strong network with development organisations. Experience in bidding for high-value projects (£70m+).
