Banking Customer Experience Specialist

Skipton Building Society is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to work 36 hours per week across our Guiseley and Leeds branches. You will greet customers, assess needs, and promote savings products while delivering friendly, helpful service.

You’ll use our systems to record interactions, support vulnerable customers and maintain high standards of compliance. A positive, proactive attitude and teamwork are essential.
