Lead Production Shift Manager – Fast-Paced Food

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Production Shift Manager for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Lancashire/Greater Manchester. You will lead the shift to deliver the production plan while upholding safety, quality and service standards.

You’ll own the shift, coach a frontline team through peak periods, and drive OEE improvements, waste reduction and uptime. Strong collaboration with Engineering and Technical teams is essential.
