To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.

Responsibilities
- Forecasting and demand planning to ensure accurate stock levels across categories
- Supporting new store openings and seasonal events with tailored supply strategies
- Driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across the supply chain
- Project, programme and PMO support ensuring tracking of projects is clear, all risks documented, milestone plans agreed and monitored.
- Full visibility of the portfolio to circulate to senior leadership teams across Asda
- Conduct analysis of warehouse capacity data and use findings to lead discussions and support strategic decisions in meetings and project work
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and deliver on key deadlines
Candidate Profile
You might be a recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or you may have an interest or experience in a retail, logistics, or planning environment. Either way, you’re excited by the challenge of working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment where no two days are the same.

Recruitment Process

Work Arrangement
You will need to work a minimum of three days per week in Asda House, Leeds. The three day office attendance requirement may vary based on the specific team and its operational requirements.
