Nightshift Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury’s is seeking an experienced Nightshift Manager to lead overnight replenishment, run key store operations and ensure readiness for customers at morning shift. You will coach a team, manage performance, and uphold safety and service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers full-time night shifts (22:00–08:00) with a £4,500 premium on top of base pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in people leadership and KPI achievement is essential.
