Haematology & Transfusion Services Lead

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a strategic Service Manager to lead Haematology, Blood Transfusion and Phlebotomy across UHB sites (UHW, UHL and Velindre). You will work with the Clinical Director and Operations Director to secure high-quality, accredited services and drive continuous improvement.
