Hybrid Motor Finance Complaints Team Lead

Huntswood is seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive a high-performing complaints team in motor finance. You will lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve quality and productivity targets while ensuring FCA regulatory compliance.

Location: Hybrid – City of London or Chatham, 3 days in the office. Start Date: End of September 2026. Day rate: £350 per day via Husp Umbrella. Contract duration: 3 months with view to extend.
