Cost Management Lead – Manchester Projects

JLL in Manchester is establishing a Cost Management team within the Project & Development Services group. You will lead a small but growing team and provide expert QS guidance to multi-disciplinary client projects in a dynamic, world-class real estate environment.

You will work with senior leadership in London and across JLL to deliver cost management services from feasibility through post-contract duties, while developing client relationships, supporting bids and driving innovation on landmark
