Lead Field Manager – Commercial Cleaning

First Call Contract Services, Ltd. is seeking a Field Manager to oversee commercial cleaning standards across sites in the Southampton/Portsmouth area. The role is a Temp to Perm position with a Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm schedule and a pay rate of £13.94 per hour.

You will monitor cleaning performance, audit services, support frontline teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring health & safety compliance and reporting to the operations manager.
