Location: NottinghamRate: £45-£55 per hourContract: 3 monthsWorking Pattern: Monday to FridayWorking Arrangement: Office-based CRA Consulting are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a well-established law firm in Nottingham on an initial 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking for a short-term locum assignment within a supportive and established team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a range of transactions and ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with relevant procedures. The successful candidate will ideally have experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload and be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Residential Conveyancing role.
- Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Experience dealing with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
- Available to commit to the full 3-month assignment.
