Senior Town Planner – Leeds | £45,000–£55,000

We’re currently working with a growing planning consultancy in Leeds who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their expanding team.
n
This is a great opportunity for a planner who wants to take ownership of a varied caseload and work on exciting development projects across the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.

The role:

- n
Manage a range of planning applications and appeals
- n
Provide strategic planning advice to clients
- n
Liaise with local authorities and key stakeholders
- n
Prepare planning statements and supporting documents
- n
Support junior planners and contribute to business development
n

About you:
n
- n
- n
4+ years’ UK planning experience
- n
Consultancy experience preferred
- n
Strong understanding of the UK planning system
- n
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- n
MRTPI or working towards chartership would be advantageous
n
