A fantastic opportunity has come up with a busy and growing planning consultancy in Manchester for an Assistant Planner looking to take the next step in their career.
n
This is a great role for someone who already has some consultancy experience and wants to gain exposure to a wider range of projects while working alongside an experienced planning team.
n
The day-to-day will include:
n
• Assisting with planning applications and appealsn • Undertaking planning research and appraisalsn • Preparing reports and supporting documentsn • Liaising with clients, consultants and local authoritiesn • Supporting senior members of the team across a varied project portfolio
n
They're looking for someone with:
n
1–3 years’ experience in planning, ideally within the private sector, who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to develop their career.
n
