POSITION OVERVIEW
This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-profile global transformation by strengthening FP&A capabilities and helping finance teams move from current processes and applications to a more standardised, scalable and insight-led operating model. The role will support the RL FP&A team in transitioning from current to future-state ERP+ applications and business processes with an eye towards transformation via the new enabling technology.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in FP&A management roles, partnering with finance leaders to build financial plans, publish management reporting while understanding the system dependencies supporting those processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
You willlead cross-functional work in a fast paced, global environment.
Project management experience, with the ability to engage teams through transformation.
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities.
Flexibility in adjusting and reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced work environment.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, Hyperion Essbase, MicroStrategy Business Intelligence and / or Microsoft Power BI preferred.
Fashion or retail industry experience preferred.
